Above: Air Pistol Metallic Silhouette. Knock down as many steel cutouts of chickens, pigs, turkeys and rams as you can. Low cost fun while it's cold outside. The furthest target, the rams, are about 3" wide and sit 54 feet away. Outside, the rams are about 32" wide, weigh 51 pounds and sit 200 meters away!
Below: Cowboy Shoots! Dress up in cowboy garb and grab your six shooters and lever action rifles. Fun to shoot and fun to watch! Courses of fire vary from shooting from horseback, from up on the wagon, from around the outhouse, whatever. The horses, wagons and even the cowboys aren't real, but the fun is. Come check it out.

Below: Summer Biathlon. This 5K run combines physical conditioning and the ability to focus under stress. All rifles stay in the shooting area. The competitor runs a 1 mile loop, then fires 5 rounds from a .22 caliber rifle from the prone position at steel drop targets. After the 2nd 1 mile loop, the contestant fires 5 rounds standing then runs the 3rd 1 mile loop to the finish line. The number of targets hit add or subtract from your running time. Rifles and instructors are available and runners must attend an orientation clinic. Come out and watch or join the fun!

Below: Milan Rifle Club has the only 600 yard High Power Rifle range left in Illinois. We have 17 firing points for 200 yard and 17 points for 300 yard, 500 meter and 600 yard competitions. Below are pictures of the two target areas along with a few volunteers from our crack landscaping crew.
